The Girls -v- Guys Soccer Challenge - 2002

The Girls team was mainly made up of members of the Capricorn Coast Ladies Soccer Team who always play at 110%.

The guys were made up of retired would be Pele's with the assistance and help of the young guys of Emu Park.

2002, what a great game. The guys once again proved to good for the girls and bounced back from a 2 goals to 1 deficit to record a memorable 3 goals to 2 victory.

Player of the match was Roley Leo and he was presented his award by the Hon Vince Lester, the Member for Keppel. Vince has supported our day and has sponsored this event for the past four years.

The great trophy was donated by Brett Spreadborough's Fantastic Landscaping. Brett has been a part of the Oldies -v- Youngies day since its inception.
