This page is dedicated to the fond memory of Ray "Squeak" Roberts.

Squeak along with his wife Carol were loyal supporters and workers for the Emu park Rugby League Club.

Squeak lost his battle with cancer.

Squeaks sons, Raymond and Dwayne both played for the club.

 Squeak Roberts memorial Ironman Race honouring the memory of Ray Roberts - Emu Park Oldies v Youngies

The Ironman race is a fun based event which has come to represent the life of Squeak Roberts.

Squeak was a loveable larrikan who was respected by every member of the Emu Park Club.

The race involves running up three hills and drinking a cold beer and eating a suasage roll at three checkpoints.

Then a short sprint to the finish line.

 

It is no race for the faint hearted.
