The Oldies -v- Youngies Cancer Challenge Rugby League Match and Family fun day is a fundraising day for the Capricorn Branch of the Central Queensland Cancer Fund. Entering its 12th year the day has now raised in excess of $26,000.00 for the Cancer Fund.

The Oldies versus Youngies day has been sponsored by many local businesses but none more than the Emu Park Lions Club, the Pine Beach Hotel, and our local members of Parliament, Ms Kirsten Livermore, Member for Capricornia, and the Paul Hoolihan, Member for Keppel.

The game is played at the Emu Park International Sporting Complex aka Bicentennial Oval.

The next Oldies v Youngies is on the first saturday after the NRL Grand final.
